3. Payment & Fees

Invoices are generated upon cargo pickup. You'll have a standard 15-day window to settle forwarding fees unless your account has specific enterprise credit terms. Late payments? They may result in a temporary hold on warehouse release.

All currency conversions are calculated at the mid-market rate at the time of booking. No hidden surcharges. Total transparency is our promise to you.
